Curds & Croust
Curds & Croust is based in St Austell, Cornwall, where the team works “at one with the curd,” crafting soft cheeses under the meticulous eye of master cheesemaker Martin Gaylard, who has been making prestige soft cheeses since boyhood. Their ethos centres on passion, patience, and traditional methods, always using the best Cornish milk, sourced within 30 miles of their dairy to ensure exceptional curd quality. The name reflects their roots: curds for the craft they practise daily, and croust, a Cornish term for a simple mid‑morning or mid‑afternoon snack of bread and cheese.

Fowey Valley
Fowey Valley Oil is a beautifully crafted extra virgin olive oil imported from southwest Sicily, where the renowned Nocellara del Belice olives are grown in the Belice Valley near Castelvetrano by the Bua family. These olives are celebrated for their bright green colour and large, plump size, typically weighing 6–8 grams. Cold‑pressed and bottled in small batches, the oil delivers aromas of citrus fruits and pepper, unfolding into a flavour that is lightly spicy, extraordinarily fruity, silky and fresh. Notes of artichoke, green apple, tomato, and delicate young almond give it a distinctive Mediterranean character that elevates even the simplest dishes. A drizzle transforms salads, vegetables, dips, and roasted foods with its wonderfully fresh finish

Copper-Pot Fudge
Copperpot Fudge is a celebration of Cornish confectionery tradition, handmade in picturesque St Ives using time‑honoured methods passed down through generations. First created by the Brian family in 1978–79, Copperpot remains a true family craft, still produced with the same treasured recipes and copper‑pan technique that caramelises sugar to perfect. Each batch is made with creamy butter, milk and golden syrup, creating a crumbly, melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture that has been loved for nearly 50 years. From classic all‑butter fudge to indulgent clotted cream and seasonal flavours, Copperpot offers a comforting sweetness that feels both nostalgic and luxurious. Beautifully packaged and made with the finest British ingredients, it’s an irresistible treat for gifting or savouring slowly with a cup of coffee

Beekind Buzz are a small family-run apiary in Cornwall, we harvested our first 4 jars in 2024. By 2025, our hive produced 130 jars and we rescued a swarm for a second hive! We’re growing slowly to ensure every drop of our Cornish honey stays high-quality.
Small-Batch Cornish Honey
From 4 jars in 2024 to a thriving apiary, we harvest in small batches to ensure premium quality.
Raw & Unfiltered
Our honey goes straight from the hive to the jar, preserving natural local pollen and flavour.
Bee-First Beekeeping
We grow slowly and collect local swarms to ensure our bees stay healthy, happy, and productive.
